Florence, a Sales Consultant, is the longest serving member of the two, having been a member since 1995, with Bob joining her 2 years later. Her most memorable musical moment came when she saw the ‘East Meets West Spectacular’ in November 2001. The event featured The Central Band of the White Russian Army, The NATO ‘All Stars’ Big Band and The Black Dyke Band.

Bob joined the band in the late 90‘s. He along with Florence runs the bands music library making sure all members have the correct music for concerts etc, Bob has just recently taken over as deputy conductor.
In his days as a musician in the Royal Artillery he played all over Europe, he also played for the Queen on many occasions and undertook public duties at Buckingham Palace. He has also appeared on English and German T.V. Bob and his wife Annette are foster carers looking after three boys. In his spare time he enjoys golf, fishing and art & craft.
