Our clarinet players
Tom, Helen, Dave, Joelle, Jo, Stephen, Sue, Barbara and Sophie.

Dave below left next to Joelle has been with the band for around 8 years. His most memorable musical moment was when he visited Gibraltar with the TA Band in 1990. Outside of music his interests include travel, cinema and theatre, and he also confesses to a liking of pubs!

Sue joined the band on Bass Clarinet along with her son Daniel on trumpet. In her spare time she enjoys bell ringing and playing with other bands.

Tom, principal clarinet, pictured to the left playing alongside Helen, has been with the band for many years. Now retired, in his spare time he enjoys word games and crosswords. He also plays the tenor sax and cello, and can easily lend his hand to conducting when needed.

Sophie, (Right), is one of our younger members, joining just over a year ago. Recently she passed her Grade 5 clarinet exam. Well done Sophie!
